Rules

1. General provisions:

• The current and applicable version of the Regulations can be found on our website www.ecosystemprojekt.pl

• The Regulations constitute a document specifying the rules of sale in the ECO SYSTEM online store

• By placing an order in our ECO SYSTEM online store, the Buyer declares that he has read these Regulations and accepts its provisions, and also consents to the processing of personal data for the purposes of shipping the goods and issuing an appropriate proof of purchase.

2. The owner of the online store

• The store sells goods remotely via the website www.ecosystemprojekt.pl

 

3. Prices included in the store

• All prices on the ECO SYSTEM store website are given in Polish zlotys and include VAT.

• The price given for each available product is binding at the time of placing the order.

• The prices of goods given on the ECO SYSTEM Store website do not include shipping costs.

• The cost of shipping a given product is given separately before placing an order.

4. Orders and Delivery

• Orders are accepted via the order form at www.ecosystemprojekt.pl and via e-mail.

• The validity of the order is 7 calendar days from the date of submission. If the order is not paid within this period, it results in its automatic cancellation.

• Acceptance of the order for execution takes place when the Buyer receives an e-mail confirming the order. Thus, a purchase and sale agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Seller - the ECO SYSTEM store

• Orders placed and confirmed from Monday to Friday (sent via courier) are processed within 1-3 business days.

• We issue a fiscal receipt or a VAT invoice for each order.

• The ECO SYSTEM store has the right to withdraw from the order if the data provided by the Buyer is incomplete or incorrect.

• The buyer may pay for the ordered goods through:

◦ bank transfer to the store's account,

◦ payment on delivery (the payment is collected by the delivery person).

◦ in cash, if personal collection is selected

◦ Orders are delivered by a courier company.

• packages are calculated automatically, and the delivery cost is given before placing an order.

• Orders placed via the ECO SYSTEM Store are processed within 1-3 business days.

• The delivery time of the shipment to the buyer is:

◦ DPD courier - 2-3 working days,

◦ InPost parcel lockers - 2-3 working days

◦ PEKAES pallet shipments - 2-3 working days

• When collecting the order, check the condition of the package in the presence of the deliverer. In the event of any damage, an appropriate complaint protocol should be written together with the deliverer (WITHOUT THE PROTOCOL CONFIRMED BY THE COURIER COMPANY, THE COMPLAINT WILL NOT BE ACCOUNTED)

• In the case of orders with delivery outside Poland, please contact us by e-mail info@ecosystemprojekt.pl in order to determine the shipping costs.

• The ECO SYSTEM store reserves the right to claim reimbursement of shipping costs incurred in connection with the transport of ordered goods in the event of failure to collect by the Ordering Party without giving a reason.

• Orders with personal collection are stored in the warehouse for up to 7 calendar days. If the order is not collected within this period, ECO SYSTEM may charge storage fees in the amount of PLN 50 net per pallet place per day.

5. Returns / withdrawal from the contract

• Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 'On the protection of consumer rights' (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), the buyer has the right to resign from the purchase made in the ECO SYSTEM store without giving a reason within 14 days from the date receipt of the shipment.

• To meet this deadline, it is enough to send a statement before the deadline in writing or via e-mail.

• The ECO SYSTEM store undertakes to refund the costs within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

• The refund is made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Buyer.

• The costs of delivery to the Customer and the cost of the ordered product are reimbursed. The cost of returning the product to the store is covered by the Buyer.

6. Complaints

• All products offered by the ECO SYSTEM Store are brand new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty or the seller's warranty.

• The ECO SYSTEM store undertakes to accept the guarantee if the product had a technical defect.

• The product under complaint should be sent to the address of the ECO SYSTEM store

• The complaint is considered within a maximum of 14-30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

• The ECO SYSTEM store reserves the right not to accept parcels sent on delivery or at the store's expense.

7. Other

• Settlement of any disputes arising between the ECO SYSTEM Store and the Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Art. 22 [1] of the Civil Code, shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the provisions of the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.

• Settlement of any disputes arising between the ECO SYSTEM Store and the Customer who is not a consumer within the meaning of Art. 22 [1] of the Civil Code of the Civil Code, is subject to the court competent for the seat of the ECO SYSTEM Store.

• In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on the provision of electronic services and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
