1. Protection of personal data
1. The personal data administrator, i.e. responsible for ensuring the security of personal data, is:

2. The online store processes your personal data for the following purposes:
1. in order to provide services by the Administrator as well as, subject to the consent of the User, for marketing purposes related to the functioning of the Administrator's enterprise. The processing of the collected data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 133, item 883, as amended, i.e. of June 13, 2016 Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144 item 1204 as amended, i.e. of 9 June 2017, Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219).
2. In order to carry out the payment process, the Administrator reserves the right to transfer personal data to the Settlement Center in order to make online payments
At the time of User registration, the Administrator requires the following personal data:
• name and surname or company name
• address of residence (correspondence)/business address
• e-mail adress
• phone number
• NIP (in the case of a company)
3. Providing your personal data by the User is voluntary. However, the lack of consent to the processing of personal data by the Administrator may prevent the Administrator from providing services by electronic means and the User from registering devices and using services in service.
4. The User's personal data may be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, including the competent judicial authorities
5. The Administrator provides Users whose personal data are processed with the exercise of the rights under the Personal Data Protection Act, including the right to access and correct their own personal data and the right to control the processing of their own personal data on the terms described in the said Act.
6. As part of the exercise of the right to control the processing of their own personal data, the User has, in particular, the right to submit a written, substantiated request to stop processing his data due to his special situation, as well as to object to the processing of his data by contacting "Eco" System.":

7. Confidential information about Users, including Users' personal data, is protected by the Administrator against disclosure to unauthorized persons, as well as other cases of their disclosure or loss, and against destruction or unauthorized modification of the indicated data and information by applying appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
8. Access to personal data is only available to employees who have signed an appropriate statement obliging them to protect personal data.
9. The data necessary to perform the maintenance service (name and surname and address) are provided to entities providing maintenance services at the request or instruction of the Administrator
10. The data necessary to deliver the parcel (name and surname, address, contact telephone number) are provided to the entities responsible for the delivery of the parcel, i.e. Poczta Polska, courier company or other transport company.
11. If you provide your personal data in order to conclude an agreement with the Online Store, providing your personal data is a condition for concluding this Agreement. Providing personal data in this situation is voluntary, but the consequence of not providing this data will be the inability to conclude a contract with the Online Store.
2. Cookies policy
1. In accordance with the provisions of the Telecommunications Law of July 16, 2004 (Journal of Laws of 2004 No. 171, item 1800, i.e. of September 15, 2017, Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1907) Administrator uses cookies.
2. Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, sent by a web server, which are stored in the User's end device and are intended for using the Administrator's websites. Cookies contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number. The default parameters of cookies allow only the server that created them to read the information contained therein.
3. Cookies are used to:
◦ adapting the content of the Administrator's websites to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the User's device and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs;
◦ analytical and statistical (analysis of Users' behavior on the Administrator's and marketing websites and in order to match the content to the individual needs of customers);
◦ correct configuration of selected functions of the Administrator's pages, enabling in particular verification of the authenticity of the browser session;
◦ maintaining the User's session, thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Administrator's website.
4. In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the User's end device by default.
5. The User may independently and at any time change the settings for cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage or access by cookies to the User's device. Changes to the settings referred to in the previous sentence may be made by the User using the settings of the software installed in the telecommunications end device used by him or the configuration of the service. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about each time cookies are placed on the User's device. 6. Cookies placed on the User's end device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Seller.
7. The user may delete cookies at any time using the functions available in the web browser he uses.
8. Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Administrator's website. However, not accepting cookies may cause difficulties in using the Administrator. The User's use of a browser whose settings allow cookies to be saved on the User's computer or other device means consent to the saving of the above files on this computer or other device.
